Audio splitting problems DDJ-200 rekordbox Macbook Pro

Hi guys

I have a problem with audio using rekordbox and DDJ-200

I’m using an M1 MacBook Pro on Big Sur

I can’t get audio out of the headphones and speakers at the same time, only individually, even when using the audio splitter cable 

I get audio and cue working only with the headphones when I put the audio settings as:

Audio - External Headphones

Master Output - Output 1 (for both L and R)

Headphones Output - Output 2 (for both L and R)

I get audio working only with MacBook speakers when I put the audio settings as:

Audio - MacBook Pro Speakers

Master Output - Output 1 (for both L and R)

Headphones Output - Output 2 (for both L and R)

I’ve tried a bunch of different combinations here and nothing is working.

Any help? I’ve read all the support threads both on Reddit and the Pioneer forums, but nothing.
