phase meter XDJ 1000 MK2
Hi, I would like to know if the phase meter (Type 2) on XDJ 1000MK2 works without the sync button?
Let's say I have passed my tracks on rekordbox and I am beatmatching by ear (therefore without the sync button), will I still be able to see the little beat markers of track A and B in order to reach "beat matching perfection"?

Yes - it's about 95% effective matching visually, but you should still rely on your ears as your grid may not be accurate either... but if you're going to match visually, why not just sync?
