Pioneer DDJ SR2 failed to connect to windows 10
Hello,
i bought a brand new Acer Aspire 5 Intel Core 7 and my Pioneer DDJ-SR2 failed to connect to my Serato. All the drivers have been downloaded and updated, using wall plug and USB, also tried different USB ports but having the same issue. i have also checked the device manager and sound, audio controller tab and it shows DDJ SR2 as a device working properly. i have updated all the existing sound cards on my computer but still no luck. Can somebody help me please?

If it's an 11th generation Intel CPU, you'll probably need to update the BIOS and any drivers from the Acer product support page. This is a known issue where 3rd party audio and MIDI devices are connected but not properly identified by the system.
