Playlists not showing in USB

I'm trying to transfer all of my RB playlists on to my USB, but when I export playlists across the tracks are all saved by 'artist' folders rather than 'playlist' folder. I can also only see 'artist' folders when the UBS is I inserted into a CDJ-2000 NXS2 deck

I've tried exporting the playlists using the sync manager, and by right-clicking the playlist and exporting that way, but i'm still just getting artist folders saved on the USB, not the playlists. 

I'm using a Corsair 32 GB Voyager USB 3.0, and 2010 iMac.

Any ideas on how to get the playlists to move across properly?
