CDJ-2000 will only link to CDJ-2000 Nexus, not CDJ-2000
Hi
We have a CDJ-2000 with updated firmware that won't link to another CDJ-2000 with same firmware. It will only link to CDJ-2000 Nexus (with same firmware). Such a strange issue - can anyone help?

This is a direct link between players? Have you made sure the players are set either to auto-number or manually assigned numbers that aren't duplicates?
OK, sorry, it appears:
The (2) CDJ-2000s will not link to each other. But each of them individually will link to both CDJ-2000s and CDJ-2000 Nexus
This is a direct link between players, and the player numbers are different.

Have you tried using another ethernet cable and verified that no pins on the connectors are bent or out of place?
Yes, different ethernet cables have been tested, and the pins / connectors are fine.
When you link the 2000 to the 2000 (non-nexus) which each have pre-assigned player numbers, do the player numbers ever show solid white or just grey?
