Problem with headphones on DDJ-400

Hello,

I'm having this issue where the sound that comes out from my headphones has some sort of effect applied and I don't know why.

Even when I don't have any effect acitvated nor in any channel nor in master, the sound from the headphones has some effect and it's very annoying as I barely hear anything.

Can anybody help me with this?
