I am having issues using my DDJ-1000 to control Rekordbox. I have the updated drivers (1.1) AND firmware (1.12) yet I'm having difficulty getting the DDJ-1000 on the Control Device Information panel under the Audio Tab. I feel like if I address this situation the controller would work with my laptop/PC with Rekordbox.

I have used different USB ports and cables, ran all system updates and tried it on two separate PCs but yield the same issues. 

Current PC CPU:

  • AMD 3950XT

Current laptop CPU:

  • Intel I5-10300H

I can provide screenshots if needed.

If the device is not being recognized by either computer and you've tested different cables, it could be the unit itself. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
