Selling DDJ-800
Hi,
I'm planning on selling my DDJ-800 and would like to pass on the Rekordbox DJ licence key with the sale. I tried to deactivate the key under the 'Preferences' cog icon on the top right of Rekordbox but I do not have a 'key' icon along the top in both Performance or Export mode.
I went into my Rekordbox account and I can see the Activation Date, Active Device, Plan (Rekordbox DJ) and Licence Key, however there is no expiration date and no 'Cancel' option. This info is all under Rekordbox Ver. 5 and I'm now running Ver. 6. I no longer have 5 on the activated laptop linked with this Rekordbox licence key.
What do I need to do?

Please file an inquiry ticket here and provide our team the license key you are looking to deactivate - they will do that for you then you can sell the license for the next user to activate either rekordbox 5 with the key or 6 with the hardware.
