Rekordbox lost everything !

Hi

I have purchased a new laptop and wanted to swap rekordbox over but I followed the instructions for moving the datatbase but I didn't move or save my tunes first.

I now cannot find my tunes in Rekordbox, all I can see is a pioneer folder on my usb stick but cannot retrieve or get my tunes back.

what am I missing ? is there anyway around this ? help !
