report problem djm-s9 with rekordbox dj 5.2

hi poineer dj i'm dj from cambodia 

so i got a little problem when i'm try use djm-s9 with rekordbox dj 5.2

on time i'm start volume channel 1 from 1 to 10 but trap with hot cue 4 always send back and sometime it's stop error when i'm play and need to restart djm-s9
