Does anyone know the procedure for factory resetting the Xdj-Rx as having problems that have only started happening last night

Typically updating the firmware would provide a wipe of your preferences... what kind of problem are you having? Which firmware version are you currently running?
when i load a track into deck 1 and press play.. the 4th pad flashes blue... If i then stop the track with cue then press play again it only plays when my finger is on the play button if i take it off it stops and goes back to beginning.....
Also after this all the loop buttons lock out :(
tried updating to 1.50 today and update successful but still the same problem

Does the same thing happen with ALL tracks? Does it only happen on the left deck?
Yes only on left deck and all tracks
