DDJ-SB3 cross fader issues

Hello,

My DDJ-SB3 will switch decks when im using the crossfader. This problem has been going on and off for a while. I keep thinking i got it fixed but it just comes back. I set the Fx decks to their correct one and it will switch from deck 1 to 3 when i'm using the cross fader. Sometimes it will make a cue instead of pausing or playing the song. Or if i try to pause the deck it will start the song from the beginning. I use high sierra catalina so maybe its my old laptop but everything is up to date and i have a show coming up soon. Please advise!!
