Rekordbox Cloud File Delete question

So I have a creative plan and subscribed to Dropbox. My question is if I backed up a track in the cloud as copy and decided to delete the track from a playlist later on, why is the track still in the cloud and didnt get deleted? Whats funny is once copy the track to the cloud, the track points to the cloud vs the local file. What I found out is the only way I can delete that track so as not to create a forgotten duplicate on the cloud is to first move it back to local storage which will then delete the copy from the cloud. I thought once you remove it from the playlist, it deletes the corresponding file copied in the cloud.
