[HELP] WEGO -W PROBLEM

Hi all, I have a problem with wego home pioneer.

I install the driver and everything, connect the console and the device is not known.

I try to uninstall, format, change the operating system but nothing

I also try to install on another pc but it's damn console does not decide to settle.

I call out for help
