Are you using an 11th gen Intel CPU?

Did you install the drivers before connecting the USB the first time?

Did you install the drivers using Administrative privileges?

Have you tried opening the DDJ-1000SRT Driver Version Display Utility?

Have you uninstalled / reinstalled the drivers?

the Hotcute/roll/slicer/sample all work with lights as you press them. but the 4 beat loop doesnt answer and slip/quantize doesnt answer. everything above the jog wheel pretty much

edit: The controller was on 'Standby mode' and i turned it off. still nothing though.

Well... that CPU doesn't meet the minimum requirements of Serato DJ Pro, which is an Intel Core i series processor. (Pentium class CPUs are below that.)

Until you're on a computer that meets the requirements, I can't assist with any other issue. Sorry!

@NO TRENDS > You need to ensure that you have the 3.0 driver installed and have followed the instructions here. You also need Serato DJ Pro 2.5 or newer.
