i want to change the funtion of the bpm lock button so it activates the sync on traktor, but i aint even got a clue how to any help wuld be appricated

In Traktor, open the preferences, click Controller Manager, make sure the Device listed at the top is the CDJ-350 (should be loaded from the TSI already), click Add In... > Tempo > Tempo Sync, then click Learn under Device Mapping and press the BPM Lock button on the player. You could do this twice; once for each deck, but that would rely on having a different MIDI channel for each player so it targets that deck specifically -- otherwise you can just set it to the "selected deck".
