Help with Pioneer CDJ 2000 nexus
I*s there anything I can do to prevent the "vinyl mode" when I back track so far, is passed to the previous track in the list in my folder. his discomfort. my old 2000s, never go to previous tracks.*

Not sure I totally understand the way you wrote that but I think you may want to go into the CDJ menu and set the deck to single instead of continuous.
