automatic loops - export mode vs performance mode

I prepare my sets on my DDJ-1000. I tend to work with automatic/Active loops for mixing tracks. My DDJ-1000 obviously only work with rekorbox in Performance modus.

When hooking my computer to CDJ's  in Rekorbox' export modus automatic loops I prepared in the Performance mode do not trigger. Which is a pity. I noticed I have to do my preparation concerning automatic loops all over again in Export mode. Is there a workaround for this problem?
