Hey. Trying to update my xz to 1.24. Usb format fat32 file unzipped but it won’t start. The screen is stuck on connect usb storage device into top usb1 port. Help!!

If you've formatted on a Mac, make sure the boot record is MBR and not GUID as that won't allow the unit to boot into firmware update mode.

Also, if you downloaded the firmware file with Safari, it may become corrupted -- try using another browser and then unzip and place the UPD file on the drive. Make sure it's the only UPD file there.
