No master level volume DDJ-RX Rekordbox dj

I have tried many different connections and speakers but I am maintaining the same issue. Sound is playing on the individual channels and I can see the green lights on the channels when they are playing. Nothing is registering at the master level(no green lights under master level knob) and no sound is being output from the mixer except for to the headphones. Only the headphones are receiving sound. The speakers are connected properly but they are silent.
