Toraiz Squid Feature Request: Automation by Control Change from External Device

I propose allowing the Phrase Arrangement controls be assigned Control Change numbers, so that they can be controlled by an external device. Ideally this would apply all the controls in this section. 

To accomplish this, there should be an option in global setup to activate a Control channel on a specified midi port, where external messages would be received.
