Not save rating and comment
Hi friend i have a problem with latest version of rekordbox.
I bought some files from itunes, when i add rating or comments, rekordbox don't save it.
I reinstalled rekordbox and itunes, but still not work.

i added a new track from itunes, put rating on 5 stars, closed rekordbox and open it new time, and automatically rating is cleared

it is imported in rekordbox collection
Do you have iTunes open at the time you make the change?
Is the file still located within the iTunes folder structure, and is iTunes set to manage the location of files for you?

Okay, so you've imported the song to iTunes, you're not browsing it from the iTunes branch on the left.
The file location management doesn't really matter in this scenario (but I always suggest people disable it anyhow -- it can be found in the iTunes > Advanced preferences).
What is that filetype, M4A, MP3, AIFF, WAV, etc..?

Is this file purchased and downloaded (with no DRM) or is it from Apple Music?
