Question regarding DMX1 and 5.5 rekordbox
With this new 5.5 update that supports combo lights, let’s say if I already requested a No-Name brand light fixture to be added to the library BEFORE this update, even though at that time I submitted a full DMX code list (with some features that weren't supported at that time), would I need to request again for the same fixture (provide the DMX code list again), in order to get for example rotate/ tilting function going ?

No; the fixture may already be in the lighting database, but it might not be identified as one of the supported combo fixtures. As things progress, more fixtures will be supported, but as they all vary so greatly in their capabilities and operation, it takes time to ensure they function as expected.
