i have set some active loops in rekordbox on a few tracks for an upcoming set, but I do not know what gear I will be playing on yet.

 

which of pioneer's CDJ models will recognize the active loops that i have set in rekordbox?

only the cdj2000 nexus as far as i know...

Correct, in terms of players only the CDJ2000nexus.
