Are there any plans that the original beat effects on the XDJ-R1 (that are available when playing USB or CD) when using VDJ?

I dont mind that fact that it would stop my VDJ effects from being available as would prefer the pioneer ones, especially the echo.

Sorry, those effects are only available on the audio bus when the source is on the player itself, and those buttons become available as MIDI controls once you are manipulating software.
