Automatically store songs in Collection in specified folder?

So I've been using rekordbox for about 20h and I have a question:

I have many songs in my collection that are scattered all through my hard drive. Is there a way to store the songs in my collection separately? So that if I accidentally rename or move or delete a song somewhere it doesn't mess up the song in rekordbox?

Also, probably related, how would I move a playlist with the songs (cues and all) from my PC to my laptop for gigs?
