DDJ - RR driver not working with Big Sur

I have recently upgraded to Big Sur on my 2020 Macbook Pro 16" (i9 64gb) and I have tried to install the new drivers for my DDJ RR. however the driver does not appear in preferences and is unavailable.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing and also have tried, resetting NVRAM and SMC, opening in safe mode, and reinstalling the driver, but nothing has worked.

please advise

Hi, yes I have followed all the instructions exactly. 

I never see the 'system updated' pop-up, every time I try to install it says 'installation succesful' however it is never available in the drop down driver menu within Rekordbox.

I have installed and uninstalled it countless times, and still have the same result.

Did you go to the system preferences > Security & Privacy to allow it?

no, for some reason I never needed to. it just appeared to install.

You may want to try using the uninstaller application to remove the drivers, then reboot, then install again, this time checking that it's allowed through security even if you are not prompted to do so.

thanks, i have just tried installing (after uninstalling) whilst monitoring the security preferences and it is allowed to install at every point.

to be clear I installed the software 'successfully' but it is still not available in the drop down driver menu, please advise. many thanks

@Henry > It would be easiest to gather a system report and verify some things, but don't post here - please file an inquiry ticket here and ask for it to be assigned to me and we'll get that resolved!
