Hi there. My DDJ-RB's pitch fader on deck 2 is not working. can help? midi configurations seem correct

First try using a different USB cable and/or USB port - if that doesn't work, it could be a faulty pitch fader or it's worn. In that case, please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your controller inspected and/or repaired.

bonjours le plateau gauche ne répond plus pour caler , arrêter , scratcher  , auriez- vous le shéma électronique de la carte du deck ou simplement la référence du capteur merci d'avance
