licence purchase & VAT

Hello!

I would like to purchase a Rekordbox.dj licence. The pricetag says 139 € including VAT.

I've got a valid german/european USt-Id-Number (the european VAT-system) - is it so possible for me to buy the licence VAT-free? If yes - how?

I couldn't find that information in the FAQs.
