Can I use the DDJ-SP1 standalone with XDJ 1000Mk2's and non Pioneer mixer?

I've got some XDJ 1000Mk2's on the way and have a mixer that isn't Pioneer (Allen & Heath). I'd like to get an SP1 to use standalone with the 1000Mk2's without a laptop for use of the hot cues. Just wondering if this will all be compatible?
