hi, 

i´m trying to register rekordbox on a new computer and just noticed that my 2 rekordbox licenses as well as my dvs license are all stuck on old computers I can´t use anymore. 

i also started an inquiry through the pioneer support but got no answer yet, opened the inquiry last Saturday... is that something I could do about that?

If you have rekordbox 5 licenses you need to deactivate, please file an inquiry ticket here and provide the license number and computer name you need to deactivate (you can find them here) our support team will assist you in resolving this issue.
