problemas con la licencia
compre una RB y el anterior dueño no desactivo la licencia con la cuenta que el temia que tengo que hacer para poder ulizar la cuenta de la RB con este prgrama

The previous owner must file an inquiry ticket here and request that the license number be deactivated from his account in order for you to activate it on your account.
