XDJ-RX2 channel fader issue
Hi there, I have the mixer from the beginning it entered the market. Not too much later, I noticed Channel Fader 1i is not working properly. It does not really changes output, only to a minor extent. However, I can change it in the software, put it to max and work ith crossfader. But the fader button is not effecting really the software and the output either.
Have you met any similar issues? I am considering to get it back to guaranteed service till it is available, but I hope to get some feedback here. Thanks

If the hardware fader itself is the problem with a USB source or a computer source, I'd recommend that you contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
