Licensing/Activating issues (Disappointed in Pioneer)

Well I guess I won't mix today -.-

So I reinstalled my PC lately and I wanted to activate rekordbox DJ but it gave error code 15 with the message "it's already activated on other computers".

I didn't even know I had to deactivate it. (WOULD BE PRETTY !@#$ NICE IF I COULD GET WARNED WHEN I BOUGHT THE LICENSE!!!)

So did I just fuck myself over? Also great telephone support! Not even a line to fix this issue quickly. Very disappointing!
