Error 11 deactivating - need advice quickly (SOLVED)
My subscription licence exipres today (22nd), so I'm trying to deactivate it from a laptop so I can install a permanent licence key. When I try to deactivate I get an error 11.
OK ... turns out this was my fault !! I'd synced the rekordbox configuration folder from my main PC to the laptop so settings got transferred. That worked fine, except it also transferred the activations.xml file which contains PC keys and licence details. Restoring the original version that was created on that laptop made the deactivation work perfectly.
