Pioneer XDJ 1000 MK2 screen not responding correctly

My pioneer XDJ 1000MK2 screen has stopped working correctly, it is almost as tho the screen is out of calibration, however when the screen re calibration is performed successfully, when it basks for the rotary selector to be pressed to save settings the screen stays as is and doesnt go any further than showing this message, when  the back button is pressed it will go back to menu with the faulty screen being the same as it was before. firmware is up to date.
