Headphones Mixing Kob Not Working

Hi there

I want to only hear my cued track in my headphones. But when I turn the headphones mixing knob to just 'cue', I still hear a blend of both the master and the cue in my headphones.

The master cue button is switched off.

Any idea what might be going wrong?
