My DDJ 400 is not recognized by the PC
Hello colleagues, if you can help me. I am Spanish.
I was when my ddj400 was running when rekordbox crashed and master was at full power.
I had to close Rekordbox with task manager etc.
My surprise that after this ... my Windows 10 does not recognize the ddj400 ....
I have turned off the PC and turning it on ... nothing.
I have restored Windows to an earlier point ... nothing.
I have tried various cables .... USB ...
I have uninstalled Rekordbox and reinstalled it ... nothing.
And my biggest surprise and concern ... is that I notice that the device manager does not appear and does not even make the attempt when I disconnect or connect it.
It looks very bad ... this new one, it is more than 2 years old but very little used, without any scratches I am very sorry to use it as a paperweight.
I have tried it on other desktop PCs, Laptops ... and nothing ... will the internal driver be gone? :(
What a shame I feel ... the thing that when I plug it in ... it turns on doing the test and after a while it does the show lights demo mode ... but DDJ400 Wasapi does not appear and then ... it does not connect ...
Any ideas? To be able to do any more tests?
A Factory reset in case something has been blocked ...
If I have no options left, you can tell me where I can take it to repair it :(
Thanks, best regard.

If the DDJ doesn't work on multiple computers with different USB cables and you still have the problem, it's probably an issue with the DDJ itself.
Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Thank you very much for your reply. But please can you tell me how I can do a Factory reset, please, this same thing happened to me in my SB and it was my solution, but I don't know how to reset the DDj400. Thanks
Factory resets only change preferences, they don't "reset" any functionality of the DDJ. If your computer is not detecting the DDJ, it needs to be serviced.
