Rekordbox bmp and ddj-800 bpm is not match

Software and firmware are both updated to the latest versions but whenever i set the bmp manualy or tap the bpm sync button in my controller the bpm in the software and in the jog wheel display is not the same. Ex: bpm jog wheel display is set to 180bpm but the bpm shows in the rekordbox software is 177
