Xdj Touchscreen Protection
What about putting a display protection on the touch screen to prevent from scratches (specially when transporting it). Or will this be a problem for the touchscreen functions ?

You should be transporting your gear inside a case or bag to prevent cosmetic and other physical damage.
Check out universal screen protectors on amazon buy one and cut it to size,
