Import/Export Cue Points and Tracks Metadata from one PC to another
Hey guys, i have and issue that is being very problematic.
I practice in my home with my desktop computer, and then i play with my laptop when i have to play in some parties. In order to play with my laptop, i have to export and import the music i play in my desktop computer.
The issue i having is that i cant find a way to export the metadata of my tracks (the most important thing, the cue point and the stars) to my laptop. I tryed to export and import the xml file, export de tracklist to a external drive, but i never get it.
I have read in other forums, that rekordbox dont have this function, well, is that the case, it must be a priority include this in the new versions, because now rekordbox is a software to play, no only to export to cdj.

Why not use the external drive method? This allows you to transport your collection's music and database wherever you go.
This method is very usefull, but you can only export a unique copy of the database. There is a method where you can keep the same database internally and in the external drive at the same time? This way you can keep two copies of the same database in two computers at the same time.
I don't recommend that - once you create a copy, you can't re-merge any changes made from one back into the other.
