RB dmx1 strobe issue

Hi I have added and synced up my strobe to rekordbox lighting with all the correct addresses and it even recognises it when I click on it. However when I play songs the strobe just flashes every couple secs which I don’t think it should be doing? Any suggestions? I have made sure the strobe button is off and when I have hit it, the only light that doesn’t strobe in the chain is the strobe.
