Backing up Settings (Layout, Playlists, Shortcuts) to 2nd Laptop

I have a 2nd laptop that I keep as a back up and want to transfer (back up) my settings such as Layout, Shortcuts, Playlists to 2nd Laptop

Ive figured out that I can keep my keyboard mappings by copying the Keyboard Mappings file to 2nd laptop but dont know how to back up the rest

Help please
