PIONEER DDJ-SR IS STUCK IN A MODE WITH FLASHING FX 2 BUTTON0

Have had this happen before and searched a forum to fix it... I'm baffled, it's something I've fixed before by accidentally doing something but now i cannot find a solution.. Just got newest serato dj pro and also just got java aswell idk how it worked without, believe all drivers amd firmare are up to date but can confirm.. was just using the controller... Have a big gig in the next few days need help!!! Plz and also when usb is switched in this mode it says cannot connect to hardware im running a dell latitude e6440 i believe Windows 10
