USB sync manager very slow

Hope someone can help me. Exporting my playlists or sync them from Rekordbox to usb is so very, very slow. It takes hours and hours to exporting them. The playlist are not that big (40 tracks and 4 playlists). I tried several usb-sticks, and also formatted them but nothing is going to make it faster. As I tell other people about it they are very surprised that it won't go faster. What to do.
