Hi 

first post here, ive got a 900nx2 mixer only a few months old. 

Ive never used the cross fader on it, and it feels very lose. should it be loser than the volume faders?

But the main problem is it doesn't work at all. ive had a read through the forum and tried everything i can think of. Can someone help please?

Hey Ed,

Yes, it should certainly be much looser than the channel faders.

Have you ensured that the channels are assigned to the crossfader? Flip the switches below the channel faders to set them to either the left or right side of the fader.
