[SOLVED] DDJ-ERGO + Traktor TSI headphones issue

i am having the exact same problems right now with my ddj-t1 with traktor version 2.1.1.

i really want to fix this aye

You people amaze me. If you follow the setup steps (there are few links here + a video made by Pulse) or read the instalation manual, it's impossible not to work (excepting the case of a broken controller - but i doubt that). And I'm saying this because I used Traktor for the first time with DDJ-T1 (install + setup) and had no problems. OK, so back to your problems...

You should check the Audio setup (must be: Pioneer DDJ ASIO) and Output Routing (must check the_ Output monitor_ setting - there should be the headphones).

As for the ERGO & Traktor setup I cannot answer because I haven't tested... but I guess is something related.

As @Paul stated, it's likely just a configuration setting -- but yes, you can see the step-by-step in my video below.  Even if you don't use a Mac, you'll go through the same config steps as here:

As I explained in this post,  I haven´t had problems settings DDJ-T1 with Traktor or  DDJ-ERGO with Virtual DJ. My problem is settings the headphones with Traktor an DDJ-ERGO.

I checked check the Audio setup Pioneer DDJ ASIO and Output Routing and I did find what the problem was.. I hand´t checked the headphones in the output monitor settings, so thanks a lot Paul R for your help

hey guys i did exactly as the video tol me too but theres simply no sound coming out from my headphones

i was just wondering only got it yday but its really annoying the way when ur trying to  listen to the next track u can also hear the one thats playing through the speakers wasn sure if that was normal or not ? hit me up with ur suggestions at mino123@hotmail.co.uk

@neil > Nope, you must have a setting set incorrectly as that is not the way it should work. Could you please follow @Pulse's video above and make sure you have everything setup correctly?

Hi pulse i am having the same problem with my t1 my outpur monitor is set with phones left and right and still getting no sound from my headphones so this makes it impossible for me to beatmwatch

Hi im on the ergo ddj limited and i cant get sound out of my headphones. Im using traktor 2.6 ive downloaded firmware and installed as in vid, ive imported the v2.6 tsi file selected ergo but when i go output selection only options are line 0 line 1 etc no ergo headphones option??

After i changed my settings tomatch the exact same from the youtube video (using traktor) the sound now only comes out from my headphones, and not from my computer (built in)?

I'm running OS X 10.8.4

I've attached screenshots of my current settings.. I don't have any external speakers connected to my computer? Can that be the actual problem? The sound is coming through the USB-cabel (DDJ-ergo) to my Mac, and i've connected my headphones through the the DDJ-ergo ..

And as you can see on the last picture (picture of the whole mixing interface) it is only possible to get sound through my headphones when i've activated the headphone.. I can't fade the sound left-right with the fader as well, and that is even though both headphones are activated..
