Ergo crashes VDJ when Sound FX1 and 2 controls are used
Used VDJ LE as supplied and also fully licensed VDJ Pro 7.0.5, when using the sound fx controls Virtual DJ hangs, audio continues but control doesn't come back.
Have updated firmware to latest version but still no luck, everything else works fine only crashed on the fx controls?

@Gregg > Sorry to hear that, what effect are you running? Is it a standard effect or a VST that you added?
It's just the standard vdj pre installed effects. As soon as you turn the knob too scroll through the effects vdj crashes.
What operating system are you using?
And if you turn the FX Selection knob 'slowly' does it still crash? If so what was the last FX it selected before crashing?
Yes, as Ben said (were working on it together) its the standard effects, nothing has been altered or added just using it straight from the install. Have to come back to you to confirm the actual effect that initially loads in. We used it fast and slow and it it seems to crash whichever way, very frustrating :(
Using windows 7 with vdj pro full. Vdj loads up with flanger as fx1 and fx2, as Gregg said moving it slow or quick makes no difference as soon as you turn either fx control 1 or 2 then vdj crashes.

I have the same issue, I am using Vista and have only been using my Ergo for 3 weeks, did you get to the bottom of this??
