License Reset Inquiry submitted days ago

I submitted an inquiry requesting to reset my license from older computers.  I'm a dummy and forgot to deactivate my license on older PCs before I got rid of them to purchase a new Mac.  How long will it take before someone will just go in and reset them.  I've been waiting patiently and can't wait to start using my new Macbook to jump in and get this shit going!  Thanks if you can help.
