Left cue botton stop working, I have only 23 days of having this ddj rr and it stops working! The right botton works and it goes back perfect but the left one it doesn’t work both of them have the light on but the left one doesn’t work. How’s that posible is new

It's entirely possible that the cue button contacts have failed; please contact your retailer to see if they will exchange it for you. If not, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
